A family home made to measure and taste of those who inhabit it, with the help of the architecture and design studio of Joaquín Albert and Marta Marín, represents the perfect balance between design sophistication and the warmth of the home.
Located in Burriana, Castellón, in a privileged area, its main feature is the sea views, which goes into the interior of the home thanks to the large glass that connects the pool area and the house, filling each corner with light.
This house aesthetics uses a mixture between contemporary style and minimalist architecture that gives it a strong character. The use of natural materials in symbiosis with Porcelanicos HDC ceramic tiles achieves continuity through neutral colors.
For the outdoor areas of this house, terrace, pool and ground floor, the Portland 90 collection was chosen, which offers a non-slip In & Out finish, thus connecting the different areas of the house, providing visual continuity. This porcelain stoneware collection is inspired by the sobriety and character of cement, which fills the space with discreet industrial nuances while keeping the predominant contemporary style.
The rooms inside show a luminosity provided by the large windows of the house, which open spaces where the furniture accompanies the style, integrating itself into the house, always with a minimalist aesthetic, hints of industrial style and color contrasts through our ceramic tiles.
The interior of the house is structured in three floors connected by a natural wood staircase. On the first floor are the daytime areas (living room, kitchen, dining room, etc.), the bedroom is located on the second floor and on the ground floor we find the recreational area. For the first and second floors, an imitation wood porcelain floor was chosen, providing balance and warmth with the Secuoya collection by Porcelánicos HDC.
